In order to achieve each individual’s medical goals, Welcome Nursing Home coordinates many services which contribute to their quality of life, such as dental, optometric, audiology, pharmacological, dietary, social and psychological services. These services, and the professionals on the team, are key in developing a comprehensive medical plan. Special attention is given to developing a caring and qualified nursing team who provide the following additional skilled services:

Welcome Nursing Home in Oberlin has been owned and operated by the Wessell family since 1945. The facility has 99 skilled nursing beds which are certified under both the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
We recognize the need for a nursing home is very unique to each person and we provide a variety of levels of care including:
• short term rehabilitation and community re-entry
• short term respite care
• hospice and palliative care
• long term transitioning
Regardless of your goals, our team works hard to establish a “care plan” and daily routine that is as unique and individual as your situation.
